- Doctor’s Note: For work or school (for the patient).

- Return to Work/School Note: Included for the patient being treated

- Medication Costs: The cost of medication is paid directly to your pharmacy
- Lab Work: Our common conditions typically do not require lab testing
- Insurance Processing: We do not bill insurance, keeping your costs low and privacy high
