Dr. Tod Stillson is a board-certified family physician with more than 30 years of continuous clinical practice, most of it spent providing comprehensive, full-scope care in rural America. His career spans outpatient, inpatient, emergency, women’s health, pediatric, and nursing home medicine, giving him uncommon depth in managing undifferentiated acute illness across the lifespan. 

Dr. Stillson is the founder of ChatRx and a physician with a deep conviction that technology can be a positive force in medicine when led by doctors. Built on decades of clinical practice, his work centers on physician-led systems that support sound judgment, expand access to acute care, and maintain the integrity and responsibility of high-quality medical care.
