Your prescription coupon can be found in your ChatRx profile under the “Prescriptions” tab. Click here to log into your profile. To use it, just present the coupon (either printed or on your phone) to your pharmacist when filling your prescription. A link to download your coupon will also be emailed to you immediately after your ChatRx visit.

First, confirm with your pharmacy that they have checked their electronic prescribing system and FAX machine. If your prescription is still not found, please email us at clinical@chatrx.net, and our team will investigate the issue. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours to ensure your prescription is re-sent promptly

If you experience any adverse reactions or side effects, contact your pharmacist immediately for advice. They are equipped to provide guidance and address any medication-related concerns. For severe reactions, seek emergency medical attention without delay

Yes, most prescriptions can be transferred electronically between pharmacies. Contact your current pharmacy to request a transfer to your preferred location. If you encounter any issues with transferring your script to a new pharmacy, you can contact ChatRx support for assistance by emailing clinical@chatrx.net.
